Processing Time

All the squishy and stress balls are handmade, the processing time would be 3-4 days, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders,please allow additional days for shipment.due to being handmade,small imperfections may occur,like slight dyeing, small scratches ,dust on surface, make sure you don’t mind before purchasing.

Shipping Time

Base on the different locations worldwide, the estimated shipping time would be 7-15 business days.

Tracking Orders 

When your order is shipped, you would receive an email with a tracking number,then you could follow up the status.
