we do not accept the cancellation of orders, 24 hours after the order is placed.

Returns & Refund

Please inspect your items once receiving it, if there’s any problem with it ,please contact us immediately at daweisquishy@gmail.com ,we do not handle with the issue if it’s been played, proper photo and video evidence should be provided, due to they are handmade goods,we won’t accept the refund request if the product has been used or played, so it has to be the original pack ,shape snd condition and stay clean ,just like the way we send it.

If you want a return,apply for a return within 24 hours after the receipt of the product.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your request is approved, we would provide the return address, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, after we receive the package, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Package Lost

Please make sure the shipping address is correct and complete before purchasing, we do not take responsibility for the lost if the customer provides the wrong address.
